Playtopia Before & After School Center Schools Out Camps 2010 Registration Process

1. Children must have completed ECS to be able to enroll in our camps
2. All information must be completed on the Registration Package forms
3. Registration Forms and Payment must be received in order to hold the space in camp
4. Post dated cheques are acceptable but must not be post dated more than 3 weeks prior to the camp
5. Post dated visa or mastercard transactions can also be accepted but must be processed 3 week prior to camp
6. Parents must keep receipts for tax purposes as we will not be issuing another receipt.
7. Read the Waiver, Cancellation and Refund Policy (.pdf) at the bottom of the Summer Registration Form
